大型料浆法磷铵装置氨中和反应器的优化设计

摘要 介绍国内最大规模的料浆法粉状磷酸一铵装置的优化设计。在对国内已有 的磷酸氨化反应流程和设备综合比较的基础上,设计了强制循环氨中和蒸发反应器,分 析了该装置氨化反应流程的特点,对使用效果进行了总结。 The optimum design is introduced for the monoammo-nium phosphate in powder shape produced by slurry method with the biggest scale in China. Based on the comprehensive comparison of Phosphoric acid ammonification reaction process and equipment existed presently in China, the ammonia neutralization evaporation reactor in forced recycle is designed, features of ammonification reaction process are also analyzed in this unit, and summarization is made for the application effect.
