摘要
胜利油田于97年7月成立了海洋应急中心,配备了相应规模的溢油回收设备。但是,国油栏的乘波性不理想,影响了拦档溢油的效果,在撇油器工作效率相同的情况下,降低了溢油回收率。为适应胜利埕岛油田开发建设的需要,保护海洋环境,解决围油栏的乘波性,提高溢油回收率显得尤为重要。
With substantial oil recovery equipments, Offshore Contingency Response Center of Shengli Oilfield was founded in July, 1997.
