摘要
目的:研究复方遗尿冲剂治疗遗尿症的作用机理。方法:用遗尿冲剂作用于正常小鼠,戊巴比妥钠催眠后小鼠、小鼠离体膀胱及兔膀胱。分别测定小鼠睡眠时间,小鼠自主活动次数,膀胱张力(离体)膀胱内压,排尿时间间隔和膀胱最大容积,最大充盈压,并以常水作对照进行比较。结果:复方遗尿冲剂能明显缩短戊巴比妥钠催眠小鼠的睡眠时间(P<0.01),提高小鼠自主活动次数(P<0.01),降低膀胱张力(P<0.01),延长排尿时间间隔(P<0.05),提高膀胱单位压力下容积(P<0.01)。结论:复方遗尿冲剂通过提高中枢神经系统兴奋性,增强皮层对脊髓排尿中枢的抑制作用以及抑制膀胱,提高排尿阈值而治疗遗尿症。
