摘要
购房人权益应是住房按揭法律制度的首要内容 ,但我国相关立法对此却缺乏明确规定。本文探讨了住房按揭中购房人权益保护的几个具体问题 。
The rights and interests of the house buyers sho uld be primary content of law protection in house mortgage,but there are no clea r regulation in our related legislations.This article studies several concrete q uestions concerning protection of the rights and interests of the house buyers i n house mortgage.It also offers some good suggestions on perfecting related rule s. \ \
