摘要
该文通过分析浙江省中小企业的现状,及探讨竞争战略的不同形式,提出了浙江省中小企业选择产品差异化方 面的战略建议。
The paper analyzes the present situations of the small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang Province. studies the different forms of competitive strategies and puts forward some strategies for the small and medium enterprises to choose product varieties.
