摘要
对全球成功的农业推广模式和我国现行的农业推广体系进行了比较分析,建议改革现行农业科研、教育和推广体系,创建新型的国家农业科、教、推一体化农业管理服务体系;实行推广组织多元化策略;实行政府引导与市场推动相结合的农业推广运行机制;建立国家农业推广信息化网络服务体系。
A comparative analysis between the successful agricultural extension patterns in the world and the existing agricultural extension system was conducted. The proposals are as follows: To reform the existing agricultural research, education and extension systems in order to establish a national new - style integrated agricultural research , education and extension three - in - one agricultural administrative service system; To implement the plural -ization strategy of agricultural extension organizations; To execute the agricultural extension operating mechanism combined the government leading with the market impulse; To set up the national agricultural extension information network service system.
