摘要
利用筛选出的鸡基因组10个微卫星,对福建永安融燕公司的5个鸡配套选育系的群体遗传结构进行测定,计算各群体平均杂合度、多态信息含量,群体间的遗传距离,并进行聚类。结果表明,10个微卫星标记在各群体中均具有高度的多态性;各群体结构的遗传参数符合各群体的结构状况。
The genetic construction of five chicken lines breeding for combination of Fujian Yongan Rongyang Co. was surveyed using 10 selected microsatellites of chicken genome,calculated the effective number of alleles、polymorphism information content.,genetic distance and dendrogram analysis among the breeds.The results indicated;10 microsatellite markers had high polymorphism in the breeds;the genetic parameter of the genetic constitution accorded with their constitution.
