分子烙印技术是一种能制备预定选择性分离介质的技术。简要介绍了该技术的合成过程、手性拆分机理及其在手性药物拆分中的应用及优点。
The molecular imprinting technique is a reliable technique for the preparation of materials of predetermined se-
lectivity. In this article, the synthesis of Molecular Imprinting Polymer and the mechanism of chiral separation are discussed. The
application in separation of chiral pharmaceutical drugs and its advanages are also introduced.
