摘要
根据激光干涉原理,提出采用激光测位仪作为主要测试仪器对活塞裙部的纵向中凸型线和交椭圆横截面进行测量.用回归分析的方法对活塞横截面的测量数据进行处理,用5点2次中心滑动平均的方法对活塞的中凸型线进行处理.所提出的非接触式在线检测方法对活塞加工过程中的实时误差补偿具有重要意义.
Based on the laser intervening theory, the displacement measurement laser was used to measure the convex curve and the varying ovality curve of a car piston. An aggressive analysis method was used to process the cross section curve data. A five points twopower center based moving average method was used to process the convex curve. The proposed noncontace insite measurement is important for the online error compensation of piston skirt.
