摘要
目的 交锁髓内钉治疗长管状骨折,越来越多应用于临床,其疗效得到普遍认可,对粉碎性骨折(三块以上)治疗是否扩髓尚有不同看法。方法 根据骨折情况及伤肢条件决定粉碎性股骨干骨折手术治疗中选择扩髓或不扩髓。结果 通过1个月～半年随访股骨干骨折患者,结果发现手术中选用扩髓效果优于不扩髓。但扩髓可能发生脂肪栓塞、断钉、骨延迟愈合等并发症。笔者认为采取有效措施如严格掌握手术适应症,严格手术操作规程,可以减少并发症的发生,提高治疗效果。
Abstrat Objective Hand over to lock the long tube in treatment in nail in inside in marrow formbone fracture, apply more and more in clinical, its curative effect gets the widespread approbation,to smash the sex bone fracture( more than three) treatment whether marrow expanding still containdifferent viewpoint Method :Smash the sex a framework bone fracture surgical operation under medicaltreatment choice marrow expanding or not marrow expanding should according to bone fracturecircumstance and harm the limb term the decision.Result:Pass the - half a year in 1 month with visita framework bone fracture surgical operation win election to use the result of marrow expandingbetter than not marrow expanding .But the marrow expanding can take place the fat bolts to fill,break the nail, bone delays to match the etc. more, complications contain certain cognition.Key phrase Take to lock the nail inside the marrow , smash the bone fracture, the fat bolts to fill,breaking the nail, the bone delays to match more.
