摘要
调解作为我国民事审判的一项重要制度,在解决民事纠纷、缓和人民矛盾中起了极为重要的作用,但是随着时代的发展,我国的调解制度显现出许多弊端。文章就新时期我国的民事调节制度改革作了简要评析与探讨,以期我国民事调节制度之完善。
Conciliation system is an important system of our civil law system, and it is playing an important role in dealing with the civil conflict and mitigating contradictions. But with the development of the society, many deficiencies of the conciliation system arise. This article analyses and demonstrates briefly the civil mediation system reform in our country's new period and hopes the accomplishing perfection of our civil mediation system.
