摘要
中国和俄罗斯都进行了农业经济改革 ,但改革的效果相差悬殊。总结两国农业经济改革在初始条件、过渡经济方式、存在问题、绩效状况等方面的经验教训 ,对于中国农业经济改革有重要的意义。
China and Russia are socialist states before reform. Why is there a great deal of difference between the two reforms? This paper will analyze comparatively the two states' agricultural reform to reach some valuable conclusions. The angles of the comparative analysis include the conditions of beginning, the paths to transitional economy, the existing problems, the conditions of effects and so on. In the end, some conclusions will be reached.
