摘要
西方新闻自由原则是在与封建专制主义作斗争的过程中形成的 ,其在许多方面表现出了巨大的历史进步性。西方的新闻自由原则对我国的新闻监督有着积极的借鉴作用。改进我国新闻监督的途径选择是进行舆论监督的法律建设、制度建设、主体建设。改进新闻监督的实践期望是实现政府与人民群众的良性互动 ,使之服务于政治文明建设、反腐败及廉政建设、精神文明建设和文化产业发展。
The rule of news liberty in western was established in combating with feudalism .It shows great historical progress in many aspects. We can learn much from the rule of news liberty of western in our country's news supervision. The effective method of improving news supervision includes law construction, system construction and subject construction. It is the practical value and expect of improving news supervision that the government keeps in active contact with people, giving service to political civilization construction, opposing corruption and building an honest and clean government, spirit civilization construction and the development of culture industry.
