摘要
目的 :探讨逆行胰胆管造影 (ERCP)对阻塞黄疸患者的诊断价值。方法 :回顾分析了 30 0例经手术、病理证实的 ERCP检查者。结果 :本组 30 0例 ,ERCP显示胆道结石 2 73例 ,胆管癌 7例 ,胰头癌 9例 ,壶腹部癌 6例 ,胆管炎患者 5例。结论 :ERCP对梗阻性黄疸有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of ERCP in Obstrustive Jaundice. Methods and Results The ERCP findings of 300 cases by surgery and pathology werereviewde in 300 cases,including lelithiasis (n=273),carcinoma of bile duct(n=7),cancer of caput pancreatic(n=9),carcinoma of vater ampulla(n=6),cholangitis(n=5).Conclusion ERCP has high value agnosing obstructive jaundice.
