非穿透小梁手术(NPTS)的现状和未来发展方向

摘要
1 NPTS的基本概念
NPTS是一类新型的抗青光眼手术,这一命名实际上包括了几种手术方式.目前流行的主要有三种术式:(1)深层巩膜切除术:此术式中常同时进行胶原植入;(2)NPTS联合交联透明质酸凝胶植入术;(3)粘弹物质小管切开术.这三种手术方式具有共同的基础,即深层巩膜切除,在表层巩膜瓣下切除深层角巩膜组织.
所谓"非穿透"
