摘要
本文在详细介绍了蒸发器串联单循环冰箱、传统旁通双循环冰箱和蒸发器并联的分立双循环冰箱缺点的基础上,提出了一种冷藏蒸发面积可变的旁通双循环冰箱。该循环是在传统旁通双循环冰箱的旁通回路中串联一个附加冷藏蒸发器实现的。本文分析了影响冷藏蒸发面积可变的旁通双循环冰箱节能的因素,主要为冷藏室负荷、旁通回路负荷及主循环、旁通循环的系统COP,并从理论上得出了各因素与节能效果的函数关系。应用该函数关系,在目前冰箱的实际工况下,冷藏蒸发面积可变的旁通双循环冰箱比蒸发器串联单循环冰箱节能13.48%。
Shortcomings of evaporators in series cycle refrigerator-freezers (RFs) and shortcomings of its two improved cycles, one is conventional bypass two-circuit cycle RFs, the other is evaporators in parallel cycle RFs, are analyzed in detail.
