摘要
超市是目前零售业当中非常成功的一种经营模式,它具有资金周转快、货物库存低等特点,受管理者青睐,因货物齐全、购物方便而深受消费者欢迎。物流行业引入这种概念,物流配送中心就是超市的变异和发展。在工厂内部的物流中,引入超市概念及运作模式的却不多。在某公司化一年时,于几个车间进行多项试点研究,取得了较好的效果的基础上,描述物流超市理论在制造型企业物料管理中的实践过程及结果。
Supermarket is a successful management model in retail trade. It is accepted for its higher rate of financing cycle and lower inventory, for its provision of abundant goods and convenient shopping for customers. This concept is introduced in logistics industry with logistics distribution center as an example. However, few examples can be found in the field of logistics inside a factory. The author made several test experiments on logistics market at some shop floors which produced effective results.
