摘要
新课程在少数民族地区的推广实施,不可避免地要受到多种因素的制约。在诸多因素中,教师因素中的教师问题较为突出。具体包括:教师的健康问题,老师的待遇问题,教师的继续教育问题,教师面临的学校管理问题。
Popularity and enforcement of new curriculums must be restricted by many factors. In these factors, teachers problems of teachers factor are prominent. They are teachers health problem, teachers pay problem and teacher further education problem.
