西部地区廉价的劳动力是英特尔投资成都的重要原因之一。西部地区应充分发挥劳动力优势重点发展劳动密集型产业,以吸引发达国家及东部地区的产业转移,进而带动经济的快速发展;同时,也要加大对人力资本的投资。
Cheap labor force in west China is one of important reasons for Intel to invest in Chengdu. West area should give free rein to labor force advantage to focus on labor-intensive industry in order to absorb industry transfer from advanced countries and east areas and to promote economy development quickly and to increase investment in human resources.
