摘要
文章分析了我国建设工程监理法律制度存在的问题 ,并结合监理实践 ,提出了完善我国建设监理法律制度的构想。
The present problems in the law system of the construction supervision in China are analysed in the paper. Some ideas of improving these problems from the point of some concrete supervision practicing are put forward also.
