多层螺旋CT MPVR在肺部疾病中的临床应用

摘要 目的 探讨MSCT多轴向投照容积重建 (MPVR)对肺部疾病的诊断价值。方法 对 15例正常人及 45例肺部疾病患者 (其中肺炎 10例 ,支气管扩张 8例 ,肺结核 12例 ,肺肿瘤 15例 )应用MSCT机行常规肺部扫描 (层厚、间隔 10mm ) ,将数据进行回顾性薄层重建 (层厚 2 .5mm ,间隔 1.2mm)后传至工作站 ,行MPVR处理 ,对正常肺血管及病灶进行观察和评价。结果  15例正常人MPVR能够清楚显示肺血管空间走向 ,45例肺部疾病患者中各病灶均得以清晰显示 ,特别是显示病变内部情况及与周围组织的关系更具优势。结论 多层螺旋CTMPVR操作简单、快捷 ,图像立体直观 ,可多角度任意观察 。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MPVR in pulmonary diseases with multi-slice spiral CT. Methods MSCT scan of lung were performed in 15 normal individuals and 45 patients including pneumonia( n =10), bronchiectasis( n =8), tuberculosis( n =12), tumor( n =15)(slice thickness 10 mm, slice interval 10 mm). Retrospective thin-slice reconstruction were done(slice thickness 2.5mm, slice increment 1.2mm). The data were transferred to the workstation and postprocessed with multi-projection volume reconstruction(MPVR). Results The space structures of pulmonary vessels were clearly demonstrated in 15 normal individuals. All the diseases were accurately displayed in 45 patients, especially for showing their inside structures and relationship with tissues around them. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT MPVR is a simple and rapid method. Besides, the images are easy to observe and can be viewed from any arbitrary direction, which can provide more information for clinical treatment.
