摘要
在建的清江水布垭面板堆石坝高达 233 m,是目前同类坝型中最高的。采用 MSC.Marc 非线性有限元程序,发展了三维子模型法,对该坝进行了三维弹塑性有限元仿真分析,模拟了面板的分缝、坝体材料分区、填筑及蓄水过程,采用双屈服面弹塑性模型模拟堆石体的变形特征。根据数值分析的结果,对坝体和面板的应力变形分布规律进行了探讨。
China’s Shuibuya Concrete Faced Rockfill Dam (CFRD) is 233 m high, it is a highest CFRD in the world at present. Now it is simulated by 3D elastoplastic FEM. The distribution of stress and deformation of the dam and the face slab in each construction step are focused. The joint of face slab in three directions, complicated material zoning, construction and storage processes were simulated. A kind of elastoplastic model of double yield surfaces model is used for the rockfill. MSC.Marc nonlinear finite element program is redeveloped and a 3D submodel method is adopted. The results show that computational accuracy of stress and deformation in high CFRD is improved. Based on the numerical analysis, the stress and deformation in Shuibuya CFRD are presented and discussed.
