摘要
采用由RGB控制信号到参考色空间变换的方法形成了CIELAB空间中均匀分布的色域表面描述点集;进一步采用三角形网格化和插值技术,形成了适于色域特性分析和色域压缩的色域描述。通过采用优化的变换和在 CIELAB L*a*b*空间中的插值技术,提高和改善了色域表面的确定精度和平滑性。该描述可给出色域体积、原色和二原色合成色的色度等色域特性指标,以及一定参量下的二维色域图。
A technique for defining the surface of color imaging device's gamut from RGB control data and measured output CIELAB L*a*b* values is presented. This process provides a data set of gamut surface descriptors and a gamut surface triangular grid. The accuracy of gamut surface fitting is enhanced by using color space conversion in sub-divided color spaces, and smoothness of gamut surface is improved by triangular interpolation in the CIELAB L*a*b* coordinates. The gamut attributes, volume, primary and two primary mixture color colorimetric values and gamut boundary plots in 2D are given.
