摘要 机内测试(BIT)技术是复杂电子系统的必需设备。提出基于CAN总线的复杂电子系统BIT的技术方案,利用CAN总线的技术优势解决分布式BIT系统的通信与可靠性问题,阐述了BIT系统的构成和检测方式,系统内节点具有CAN总线接口。给出了BIT节点的软硬件设计。CAN总线的高速传输与可靠性方便测试信号的传输与实时处理,为BIT设计带来方便。 Built-in test (BIT) technique is a suit of necessary equipment of the complicated electronic system. It brings up the technical method of the complicated electronic system BIT which bases on the CAN bus, uses the advantages of the CAN bus to solve problems of communication and reliability of the distributed BIT system, expounds the BIT system's structure and the measure style and the measure system having the CAN bus connection ,it also gives the soft and hard method of BIT design. The high-speed communication and reliability of CAN bus give advantages of the communication and timely disposal of the measurable message and BIT design.
