使用Visual Basic设计一个绘制椭圆的程序,利用该程序可以方便、快捷地绘制各种位置的椭圆,从而解决了VB中Circle方法不能画任意位置椭圆的问题。
Design a process of drawing an ellipse using Visual Basic , it is convenient and quick to draw an ellipse at any position by this process , solved the problem that the ellipse cant be drawn at any position by the Circle-Method in VB.
