摘要
目的观察自制消癖酊加微波治疗乳腺增生的疗效及总结护理要点。方法1999年9月～2003年7月采用自行研制的中药制剂消癖酊加微波为727例乳腺增生病人治疗。结果总有效率达97.11%,其中治愈146例,占20.08%,显效512例,占70.43%,有效48例,占6.60%,无效21例,占2.89%。结论中药制剂消癖酊结合微波辐射治疗乳腺增生病能温经通络,改善乳房血运,并反射性调节内分泌功能,具有明显减轻局部症状的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of treatment of cycloma stopathy with Xiaopiding combined with a mammary gland microwave and key points of nursing. Methods Bedaub the place of mammary gland hyperplasia by using the self-made Chinese medicine Xiaopiding and using microwave apparatus of mammary g land (the efficiency is 30 watts ) to eradiate the place of cyclomastopathy for seven hundred and twenty-seven cyclomastopathy patients. Results Among them,146 patients (20.08%) healed completely, 522 patients (70.43%) cases showed obvious effect, 48 cases (6.60%) showed some effects and only 11cases (2.89%) showed no effect. Conclusions The treatment of hot effect, tinctura combined with the mi crowave apparatus can increase the medi-cinal topical absorption and improve the blood circulation of mammary gland.It can also remove blood stasis to eliminate mass and adjust the endocrine to resolve swelling and to eliminate mass. The tr eatment can alleviate the topical symptoms obviously.
