摘要
本文在革兰氏染色中采用正丙醇代替95％酒精脱色,解决了因脱色时间过长和老龄菌体染色 假阴性问题,并对培养基的制作、化学药剂杀菌试验方法作了一些新的改进。
In Gram stain, decolorize with N-propanol instead of 95% alcohol. A pseudo-negative problem is solved for long-time decolorize and old-age bacteria stain. Some method which medium making and chemical drug bactericidal test are newly improved in the paper.
