摘要
氯化钾与硫酸铵复分解制备硫酸钾工艺具有工艺过程简单等优点,但其反应转化率较低。通过计算确定了氯化钾和硫酸铵水溶液体系相图,并对水溶液体系和甲醇溶液体系的相图进行分析比较,计算了反应转化率。结果表明,在反应过程中添加甲醇后,相际关系并未改变,但反应转化率显著提高。基于甲醇溶液体系的相图,可进一步研究新的生产工艺。
The technology of producing potassium sulphate with potassium chloride and ammonium sulphate by metathetical reaction is simple in the production process,but the yield of production of potassium sulphate is comparatively low. In this paper,the phase diagram of the aqueous solution system of potassium chloride and ammonium sulphate is calculated,analyzed and compared with that of such aqueous solution system into which certain amount of methanol is added,and the yield of the reaction is caculated. The calculation results show that when methanol is added,the yield of production is improved markedly,and the relations of all kinds of phases do not change. So based on the phase diagram of methanol solution system,new production technology can be investigated to achieve more economical benefit.
