摘要
设计了一种能够广泛应用于标定和不标定主动机器视觉中的彩色伪随机编码阵列闪光照明投影仪。该投影仪具有无畸变、简单小巧及耗能低等特点。重点研究了投影仪的原理和结构以及投影图案编码方式,采用以彩色反转片作为编码板的一种无畸变投影方法。对影响成像质量的因素进行分析,确定了编码图案的最大单元数目与物距、景深和视场等参数之间的关系。实验结果验证了方案的正确性和可行性。
A handheld flashlight projector,which projects a multicolor encoded pseudo-random array pattern but consumes very low power,is developed. It can be used in calibrated and unclibrated 3D reconstructions with the active machine vision method. A detailed discussion is made on the principle and structure of the structured light projector and the projection pattern encoding technique. The method to produce the pattern on the reversal-type color film without distortion when the pattern is projected on the scene is studied. The factors which affect the quality of image formation are analyzed. The relations of the size of the encoded pattern to the object distance,the image distance and the field of view are determined. The results of the experiment are satisfying, which proves the rightness and feasibility of the presented scheme.
