摘要
二极管是电子电路中常用的非线性元件,其频率变换特性在通信系统中得到广泛的应用。该文系统地讨论二极管工作在开关特性下所组成电路的频率变换的工作原理。
Diode is one of the nonlinear elements which are usually used in electronic circuit,whose speciality of frequency transformation is widely used in communication system.This paper tries to discuss the work principle of frequency transformation on the circuit where diodes work on on-off speciality.
