摘要
目的 探讨颌骨骨髓炎伴皮瘘的治疗方法。方法 在颌骨骨髓炎常规治疗的基础上辅以局部药物灌流。结果 5例颌骨骨髓炎伴皮瘘患者均取得满意的治疗效果 ,术后无复发。结论 治疗颌骨骨髓炎伴皮瘘 ,此法简单易行、疗程短、治愈率高 ,值得推广。
Aim The present study is aimed to probe into the ways of curing osteomyelistis of the jaws with derma fistula. Method The local medicated perfusion is used as a supplementary treatment to osteomyelistis of the jaws on the basis of normal therapy. Result The treatment to 5 patients of osteomyelistis of the jaws was proved to be successful with no relapse after the operation. Conclusion This method of curing osteomyelistis of the jaws is easy to operate with a short process and a high cure rate.
