摘要
目的 探讨小儿外伤性小肠穿孔的诊断、治疗。方法 对 1 2例小儿外伤性小肠穿孔的诊断、治疗进行分析总结。结果 1 2例小儿外伤性小肠穿孔均治愈。其中 2例为小肠系膜挫伤致迟发性小肠穿孔 ,1例行肠切除治愈 ;另 1例因误诊时间较长 ,行小肠造瘘 ,6个月后关瘘治愈。结论 小儿外伤性小肠穿孔应早期正确诊断 ,及时手术 ;
Aim To study the diagnosis and treatment of small intestinal perforation in children. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 12 cases with small intestinal perforation traumatic were analysed retrospectively. Results 12 cases with small intestinal perforation traumatic were cured by surgical operation. Two case showed that mesentery contused wound brought up delayed perforation of intestine, one cases was operated with intestinal resection, another case was operated with intestinal aratomises because of misdiagnosis. Conclusion Traumatic perforation of intestine of children should be examined clearly and early diagnosis operation in time, postoperative total parenteral nutrition were needed.
