The America-Europe relationship has been cracking wider, since the cold war, on the multi-lateral and bilateral matters. The reason of their confliction roots in the fact that the unmatched US government is in-tending to strengthen its single-polar hegemonic position in the world, while the European countries which are on the way of political alliance and integration cannot endure or ignore the intention of the bully America in such a role. The openness of their conflicting on a series of matters, particularly the anti-America stand of France and Germany, not only makes a great challenge to the composition of the Atlantic Alliance, but also influence the international relations. Can the Atlantic Alliance with 'strange bedfellows' continue? This is a question people ask.
