老年高血压患者HGF、AngⅡ、ET、CTⅣ的变化及依那普利的干预作用

摘要 目的 探讨患者血清HGF及AngⅡ、ET、CTⅣ的浓度与老年高血压进展的关系及依那普利对其生成的影响。方法  30例健康人做对照 (正常对照组 ) ,另选择 2、3级原发性高血压患者 6 0例 ,其中 2级原发性高血压组 2 8例 ,3级原发性高血压组 32例 ,分别采用酶联免疫吸附法和放射免疫法测定依那普利治疗前及治疗后血清中HGF、AngⅡ、ET、CTⅣ浓度。 结果  2、3级原发性高血压组治疗前血清HGF、ET、AngⅡ、CTⅣ水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ;并与平均动脉压呈正相关 (r分别为 0 .5 6 8、0 .4 6 1、0 .6 2 2、0 .5 6 3) ;血清HGF与ET、AngⅡ、CTⅣ亦有良好相关性 (r分别为 0 .5 12、0 .5 6 2、0 .5 2 6 )。治疗后血压下降 ,同时血清HGF、ET、AngⅡ、CTⅣ水平较治疗前明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 HGF、AngⅡ、ET和CTⅣ水平与高血压有关。依那普利在降压的同时能降低HGF、AngⅡ、ET和CTⅣ水平。 Objective To study the relation of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) and endothelin (ET) and type Ⅳ collagens(CTⅣ) to the enalapril treatment in old hypertensive(OH) patients. Methods Serum HGF, Ang Ⅱ and ET and (CTⅣ)concentrations were measured with enzyme-linked immunoabsordent assay(ELISA) and immunoradio metric assay in 60 OH patients and 30 healthy controls before and after enalapril administration. Results The concentrations of HGF, Ang Ⅱand ET and CTⅣ in patients with stage 2 or 3 hypertension were significantly higher than in the controls (P<0.05).The concentrations were also positively correlated with mean artery pressure (MAP) (r=0.568,0.461,0.622,0.563);the serum concentration of HGF was positively correlated with Ang Ⅱ and ET(r=0.512,0.562,0.526). Enalapril reduced hypertension and concentrations of HGF, Ang Ⅱ and ET CTⅣ(P<0.05). Conclusion The data suggest that the occurrence and development of hypertension are correlated with HGF, Ang Ⅱ、 ET and CTⅣ. The change of HGF may be the compensatory mechanism ,thereby maintaining the stability of internal environment. Enalapril therapy can control hypertension and reduce the levels of HGF, Ang Ⅱ、 ET and CTⅣ.
