摘要
"三农"问题的根源在于长期以来城市化的滞后。解决"三农"问题,必须走实施农村城市化战略的道路,加快推进城市化进程,要依靠和平渡让的方式推进,建立起对农民合理的、长效的、制度化的补偿机制。
The source of 'Three Agricultural Problems' lies in long-term backward urbanization. The solution to 'Three Agricultural Problems' must implement rural urbanization strategy and accelerate urbanization process and depend on peaceful development mode and establish reasonable, long-term and systematic compensating mechanism.
