摘要
政府鼓励创业,不仅在于拓宽劳动者就业渠道,扩大就业面,其重要意义在于提高创业质量,进而提 高本地区劳动生产率的整体水平。为此,政府要有意识地引导创业者,在创业过程中,关注影响劳动生产率高 低的四大变量因素所形成的函数关系,力求在市场竞争中将自身置于较高的劳动生产率平台,高质量地生存 和发展。本文重点分析员工平均熟练程度、科学发展水平和它在工艺上的应用程度、生产过程的社会结合、生 产资料的规模和效能这四大变量因素对创业者提高劳动生产率的影响。
The government encourages starting an business, not only contemplate expanding employment, its important meaning lies in improving the quality of starting business, and then improve the integral level of the labor productivity in the region. The government should lead the enterpriser to notice that put oneself in the higher labor productivity platform in the course of starting an undertaking, try for making the high quality development in the market competition. There are four major factors that Influence productivity. Staff's average skilled degree, scientific development and its efficiency in technics, the society combine scale of production process. Four major factors form functional relation as the variable with labor productivity. This text will analyze the influence that four major factors with the increase of labor productivity especially.
