摘要
药物不良反应是国际关注的热点问题之一。本文从减肥药“马兜铃酸事件”来探讨了我国天然药物的不良反应和药物安全性评价。介绍了国外一些影响了中医药国际声誉的中药毒性的报道;探讨了我国天然药物毒副作用产生的7个主要原因,如中药品种混乱、不按辩证施治等。呼吁加强对天然药物(中药)不良反应的研究,推进中医药的国际化。
