摘要
为了解决小子样产品可靠性评定中的只考虑确定性信息而没有充分考虑系统模糊性的缺点,文中提出一种基于信息熵理论的小子样产品模糊可靠性评定方法。该方法基于信息熵理论,充分考虑子系统或部件可靠性信息的模糊因素,以清晰事件模糊概率为例,建立了小子样模糊可靠性评定的数学模型。经实例验证,该方法正确有效且与工程实际相符合,具有广泛的工程应用价值。
To avoid some disadvantages in reliability evaluation of sub-sample products.Aevaluation method which applied in sub-sample products reliability is presented in this paper.Based on information entropy theory,the method take the fuzzy factor of reliability information into account,then a model for sub-sample reliability evaluation is established.A example is given to illustrate this method.The result shows that this method is effective for engineering application.
