摘要
本文叙述了目前二氧化硫测量的现状以及存在的主要问题,研究了提高二氧化硫测量精度的传感机理,提出时间双光路二氧化硫测量气室的设计方法。实验表明,这种二氧化硫传感器的测量方法实现容易,测量精度高,抗干扰能力强,可实现工业现场二氧化硫实时在线测量。
Research current and existing problems of the mea su rement of sulfur dioxide are introduced in this paper. To improve the measuremen t accuracy of sulfur dioxide, a novel sensing mechanism called time different do uble light channel method is invented. The experiment indicated that this method has many advantages, such as easy realize, high accuracy, anti-interrupt and o n-line measurement of sulfur dioxide.
