摘要
针对预埋载荷箱法单桩竖向静载试验中载荷板受力情况,采用弹性板弯曲的Reissner理论对载荷板的强度和变形进行了分析,还采用ANSYS有限元计算的方法,对载荷板强度和变形进行了弹塑性分析计算,这对载荷箱的设计具有较强的实用意义;并在满足材料允许强度和变形的条件下,对载荷板的厚度进行了优化设计,得出了载荷板厚度的优化解,从而节省了材料,降低了单桩静载试验成本,提高了生产力。
Aiming at the bearing power of load board in the pre-burying load cell of static load test on single pile, the load board’s intensity and deflection are analyzed by the Reissner bending theory of elastic plane and the ANSYS finite element analysis method that is very important in practice for load-cell’s design.
