摘要
在材料研究领域中,具有电学性能的陶瓷/聚合物复合材料是一种新型的复合材料,其中具有高介电性能的0-3型陶瓷/聚合物复合材料,以其广泛的应用前景已经引起人们极大的关注.作者对近年来有关高介铁电复合材料的介电性研究进行了总结,介绍了具有高介电性能的铁电陶瓷/聚合物复合材料的介电理论模型、制备方法、介电性的影响因素、国内外的研究现状及应用,并展望了其未来的发展趋势.
