摘要
介绍了压敏-电容器双功能多层器件的结构原理、特征、用应等.利用多层压敏电阻器和多层陶瓷电容器复合制备了压敏-电容器双功能多层器件.压敏-电容器双功能器件应用试验结果证实,所研制的器件具有抑制静电放电与降低噪声的双重功能、大容量、抗干扰等优点,可望在信息及家电行业获得广泛应用.
The structure principle, characteristics and applications of varistor-capacitor multifunctional multilayer devices are introduced.Varistor-capacitor cofired multilayer devices have integrated varistors with capacitors into single devices. The measuring results have shown that varistor-capacitor devices developed have many advantages of high-amplitude, high-frequency protection, large capacitance, decreasing interference. As a result, it will be widely used in IT and domestic electric devices.
