摘要
如何提高高价外文图书的利用率是各大高校图书馆所面临的共同课题。该文从学生、教师、图书采购以及高等教育体制等角度分析了高校图书馆外文图书利用率低的根本原因,认为经过高等教育体制的不断变革和图书馆业务的不断开拓,高校外文图书的利用率会有一个大的提高,从而充分发挥其应有的作用。
It is a difficult task for many colleges and universities to improve the utilization rate of foreign books. This paper analyzes the reasons of this problem from the aspects of students, teachers, the way of book investment and the higher educational system. By the reform of higher educational system and the development of the new services in the library, the author believes that the utilization rate of foreign books will be improved to a great extent in the future.
