摘要
针对暴雨洪水极大威胁城市防洪安全的现实,认真分析了长治市防洪现状,阐明了城市防洪中存在的问题以及经验教训,提出了切实可行的防洪对策。
Rainstorm and flood impose great threaten on cities flood preventation system, so this paper analyzes the current situation of preventing flood in Changzhi city, expounds the problems and experience and lessons, and puts forward feasible countermeasures of flood preventation.
