摘要
改革开放20多年来，南京民营企业已成为江苏省经济生活的一个亮点，是推动江苏省经济增长的 重要力量。在激烈的市场竞争中，大量的民营企业从迅速从辉煌走向衰败，主要的原因是没有现代化的企业 文化理念和相应的企业文化氛围，本文分析了现阶段南京民营企业文化建设的种种误区，并提出了企业文化 建设的几点建议。
