摘要
民营经济为推动经济社会发展做出了突出的贡献，已成为许多地区经济发展的主体。近年来，南京 民营经济也得到了较快的发展，但是与其他同类城市相比，南京民营经济在总量、企业规模、发展水平、竞争力 等发面，都显得非常薄弱，民营经济对全市经济发展的贡献，与南京所具有的发展优势也很不相称。本文通过 对南京民营企业发展环境的发展氛围、发展空间、政府服务环境、金融服务体系以及社会化综合服务体系等方 面进行分析与研究，从而对南京民营企业发展环境的改善提供一定的对策。
