摘要
基于全控型电力电子开关与直流接触器的性能优势互补,开发了一种动态行为可控的混合型直流接触器(HDC)新技术。HDC根据不同的负载特性,用软件编程方式得到控制信号,不但缩短了电子开关导通时间,而且具有较佳的导通/关断特性,改善了其在恶劣负载条件下的动态特性。试验表明,该技术能抑制UDC的关断尖峰电压,简化暂态吸收电路设计。
A new technology of controllable dynamic hybrid DC contactor(HDC) was developed based on the functional advantages of fully-controlled power electronic switch and DC contactor.According to different load characteristics,the control signal was obtained by software programming,which not only shortened the on-time of fhe power electronic switch,but also improved its dynamic performance under the bad load conditions with better on-off characteristics.The test shows that this technology can suppress the breaking...
