摘要
文章作者采用问卷调查、实地访谈和文献查阅相结合的方法,在对广西部分地区中小学教师培训现状进行系统调研的基础上,通过调查报告指出了当前广西中小学教师培训工作中存在的问题,并提出了解决问题的相关的对策。
In this paper,using a questionnaire survey,field interviews and documents the method of combining inspection,in some areas of Guangxi status of primary and secondary school teachers training system on the basis of research,pointing out that the current Guangxi training for primary and secondary school teachers in the presence of defects,and make relevant Solutions.
