基于刚柔结合的四自由度并联机构构型设计

摘要 现有的并联机构存在着形式单一、机械性能不足等缺点。基于刚性、柔索并联机构的特点,文中提出两种基于刚柔结合的并联机构新构型,在已有机构中加入柔索,达到提高机构精度、减小机构振动的目的。分别对两种机构的构型和控制作了系统的介绍,并对两种构型在控制和构型设计中的难点问题提出相应的解决方法。 Parallel mechanism in existence has some shortcomings such as single shape and insufficient functions.This paper brings up two new types of parallel mechanism on the base of rigid-flexible combination,import wires in the existent organizations in purpose to improve organization s precision and reduce its vibration.
