摘要
对分离到的AEV毒株进行氯仿、乙醚、温度敏感性试验等理化性质及血凝性质的鉴定,表明该毒株理化性质稳定,无血凝性;电镜下观察接毒鸡胚的超薄切片可看到AEV病毒颗粒,大小在25-30 nm。参照 AEV的基因序列设计了一对引物,对该病毒进行了特异性扩增,得到了目的片段。证明该分离病毒为AEV毒株,暂定名为AEV-HI)。
A new strain of AEV, AEV-HD, isolated form brain of the naturally diseased nesting chicken, was identified. The results showed that the virus was stable, it could resist to chloroform, trypsin, aether, and temperature (57 C 1 h), and did not agglutinate gallinaceous erythrocyte. The virus was observed under transmission electrical microscope which diameter was 25 - 30 nm. Meanwhile, a pair of primers were designed according to the published AEV gene for RT-PCR identification, and the purpose gene section of 900bp was gained. These results proved that AEV-HD is a strain of AEV.
